While I don't work specifically with halophiles I doubt that there are specific primers for these, though I could of course be wrong. As you wish to sequence however, the fact that your target organisms are halophiles doesn't matter. I suggest you use some of the well-established universal primers and sequence a full-length (or close to) 16S sequence, if you wish to be 'accurate'. Personally I've always preferred 27f and 1492r, which work well even for those organisms which are quite novel, which in the case of my environmental samples is usually the case.
There are no specific primers for halophiles as per my knowledge. We have sequenced more than 100 halophiles using 27F and 1492R or 1488R. these primers should work for you.
