Hello

I am looking for some appropriate Taq pols for my ARMS PCR reaction.

Should those enzymes have the 3' to 5' exo activity?

Hi! You don't need polymerase proofreading activity - it will cut the mismatched nucleotide at the primer 3′ end and start polymerization.
