What is a good plasmid for membrane protein expression in yeast?

My protein is transmembrane ion channel, and I want it to be functional in membrane. Here I think that the plasmid should contain a signal peptide that express in frame with my protein and guide it to yeast membrane, if I am not wrong.

We ever used pPICZ-B (Invitrogen) to successfully express potassium channel proteins in Pichia pastoris, and the plasmid does not need to contain any signal peptide for this purpose. Thanks.
