Hello,

I will be running an experiment in which I incubate insulin with water sensitive metal organic frameworks (MOFs). I do not want the MOFs to degrade during this incubation step. Usually, I use DMSO as a solvent, because it does not harm the MOFs, but now I am trying to avoid denaturing the insulin as well. What is a good alternative solvent to water or DMSO that will not degrade the water sensitive MOFs or the insulin?

Thank you!
