I have created new material in ANSYS Workbench with parameters obtained from the experimental tension test.
I have provided the data of Stress strain, E, Syt, Sut, density, poissions ratio while creating new material but still there is 40% variation in results of Experiment and ANSYS Workbench.
Can anybody guide me, what additional parameters are needed to be provided in ANSYS so that, I can get comparatively good results?
It depends on which benchmark you are using to compare FEM vs. experiments. Maybe the observed difference is caused by a poor FE model (mesh, BCs,...) rather than by the material model
You can directly embed your test results into engineering data as a tabulated data for material properties such as elastic modulus, strain etc. if you didn't do so. This might solve your problem. Otherwise, the problem probably arises from quality of your FE model (mesh etc.) as Denis Benasciutti said.

Emre Sengul Thanks for your suggestions and video. I am trying to validate the tension test results of Aluminium Metal Matrix Composite which is reinforced with Flyash particles with particle size less than 75 microns.
Can I treat this as an Isotropic material (For Simulation in ANSYS) and refer the "E" which I got from Tension test.
Yogesh Shinde the structure you mentioned is like reinforced concrete. I think you can consider it as an Isotropic material. On the other hand, you can review hyperelastic materials by comparing your tension test results.
Emre Sengul Thanks for your reply. I have Simulated the tension test for Steel 1006 using Explicit Dynamics analysis.
here also I am getting variation in results.
Actual Sut = 330 Mpa and I am getting Sut = 460 Mpa for Steel 1006.
If anyone can provide steps in PDF or Video that shows a comparison of actual and ANSYS result it would be very helpful.
I have tried by changing BC's and refining mesh size too, but still getting such big variation.
The work which I am doing is very important for the Validation of Metal matrix composites properties.
