1. Physiology is altered especially in 'immortalised' cell lines.

2. Cells pick up many mutations

3. Growth in nutrient rich media, often alters response to growth factors.

4. Environment cannot fully recapitulate in vivo conditions (pressure, oxygen tension &c)

PLEASE TELL ME THE IMPLICATIONS OF CONSEQUENCES ON INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION AND LABORATORY RESEARCH.
