Muhammad - it depends on a number of factors. If each submission is independent and the editors/reviewers do not know the authors i.e. it it truely blinded - then a series of publications in the same journals can work well. However, the author may well want to 'mix things up' by submitting to other journals. On the other hand, if the author is involved in a small niche discipline, of only a few journal in their discipline, then they might not have that much choice. That said, the authors should always look to expand their discipline into the areas - so that they are not so limited in the field scope.
