I have two variables e.g job satisfaction and job stress both are measured at 5 points Likert's Scale. When going through factor analysis. Being both uni-dimensional constructs, they should fall on one factor for each construct but job satisfaction while having 10 items produces 4 factors with factor loadings >0.50 and Job stress while having 08 items produces 3 factors with factor loadings >0.50. So, please explain how to tackle these?
