I am using a transformation matrix alpha beta dq as

[d,q]=[sin -cos, cos sin]

I am getting d and q(zero) values negative.

can I do them positive by multiplying a gain of -1 for my further use in a closed loop control of Inverter .

Or

d and q values must be positive by their nature .?

Am I going wrong in my implementation some where ?
