I need Filter design calculations , What should be the Land C calculation that well suits for my inverter. Though I have referred good no.of papers which talk about filter design, many of them talk about frequency response more on . Actually I am looking for L and C calculations (formule)

The use of power electronic converters is increasing dramatically due to the important benefits of such converters as power reproducibility, DC bus voltage control, harmonic current distortion reduction in AC buses, bidirectional control of active and reactive power, and high power factor. is. In the use of converters connected to the distributed generation elements, the main issue is the control of the active and reactive power flows between the source of distribution and the consumer (or the main grid). Causes network harmonic distortion and reduces converter efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to filter the harmonics in the power converters. L, LC and LCL linear filters are one of the most used filters in these converters. In fact, the use of the LCL third order filter reduces the harmonic distortion at lower switching frequency, which is a significant advantage in high power applications with lower total inductance values. In addition, the choice of an LCL filter with appropriate inductor and capacitor values alone does not require a large inductance. As the inductance of the filter increases, the delay increases, so choosing a suitable LCL filter improves response time speed and circuit stability. The inverter proposed in this thesis has an LCL filter. Considering the uncertainty in the design of this filter and its possible changes to improve network performance, a robust control method is used to adjust the PI controller coefficients. In addition to calculating and replacing the best coefficients to control the system in this way, it also provides the designer with an acceptable range of coefficients in the stable domain of the system that the designer can tailor to the system and consider other control priorities. The network will provide the appropriate stable coefficients according to the system conditions
If your switching frequency is high, it is recommended to use an LCL filter rather than an LC filter. LCL filter has better attenuation than that L and LC filter. For the calculation of filter parameters, I have attached a MATLAB file. I hope this will help you.
