Dear prabu , yes pH and temperature changes cause significant changes in size , shape and morphology of nanoparticles but it depends totally on atomospher ,environment ,nature of i.e precursor, reducing agent , caping agent , medium and their concentrations as well , where nanoparticles are going to form , for example in case of high temprature, in specific nanoparticles more ionization take place which produces bulk of ions results more ions reduce by reductant ,more atoms form in system nad at high temperature caping agent does not work properly in some cases which cause rapid agglomeration even some time aggregation which leads bigger particles may be not in nano range .hope this short explanation will clear your idea .
