Recently I am in stress as my same article published in both Journals.
1. the First journal denied publishing it without paying publication charges. Then I emailed them officially that I am going to withdraw it and submit to another journal. I got that consent indirectly from that journal.
2. Later I submitted that article to another journal and that got published after a couple of months later.
3. Recently I found that my former article also published. I emailed them saying its already published and to remove it from their publication list. But, they are not listening to me.
4. I am ethically on a problem.
Well. Didn't you know the APC affairs of that earlier Journal before submitting your article to them? If it is no... then I think it is OK for you, but If yes, then you shouldn't deny it.
Md Rabiul Alam thank you for your genuine query. Journal requested to submit an article. Later, I wrote to them I can contribute if it is published free of cost. They agreed and I submitted.
Dear Hom Nath Chalise, I've understood. In fact, these types of Journals are not good at all and it will be tough for you to get rid of them easily.
If the article has been already published in one journal, the other one will get to know and will not be able to publish it. They might ask you to withdraw it from the other journal. It is your call.
