Recently I wanted to purify several proteins by prokaryotic expression, I read some related literature and found that Mg is needed in the protein purification buffer. I am a little confused about how to choose the Mg form in this buffer? I would like to ask you how to choose Mg in the usual purification process.

I purified several prockariotic proteins in ithe past and i never use Mg in the buffer.
i think that addiction of Mg could be usefull in 2 cases:
1) Are those protein required Mg as cofactor?
2) Are you using a lysis buffer which contain enzimes (eg DNAse, that required the Mg as cofactor?

The above answer sounds good to me.
As for what form of magnesium to add, I think magnesium chloride would work well. Magnesium sulfate is also soluble in water, but you may have to adjust the pH after adding it, depending on how much you add, because the counterion is a weak base.
