I isolated satellite cells from the bicep femoris of Yucatan miniature piglets.

The cells were growing and I split them using 0.25% trypsin-EDTA at a 1:3 ratio on day 5. However, it has been about a week after passaging but I cannot find any cells under the microscope. I adjusted the magnification several times but to no avail.

It is my first time doing this procedure with cells that are not immortalised. Does anyone know what the issue is?
