What does PI mean in AAV constructs?

We are going to use the AAV.rTH.PI.Cre.SV40 sold by Addgene to specifically manipulate dopamine neuron activity.

https://www.addgene.org/107788/

We know rTH means rat tyrosine hydroxylase, and SV40 means simian virus 40.

But we do not know what is ”PI” included in this AAV.
