The effects of the climate crisis, new technologies, and land grabs have altered the livelihoods and prospects of villagers in many countries of the world. What should be done to overcome this crisis situation.
The initial problem was poor planning and proper land demarcation. In a capitalistic world as the rich strive to become richer, land meant for other uses has been grabbed and sold to unaware investors and once the legitimate owners are ready to develop it, it leads to disruption of those who bought as they are forced to pave way for legitimate owners. This a planning and land laws enforcement problem that can be corrected through replanning and enforcing stringent laws on land use. Even green places and vulnerable lands such as wetlands have been exploited for wrong uses, which only worsens the climate change state
It is necessary to create new pro-ecological technologies, their implementation and implementation of the principles of sustainable development in agriculture, including the development of organic farming. It is necessary to increase investments, including, among others, green finance from the scope of creating infrastructural, systemic solutions in the face of the growing threat and the negative impact of changes in the effects of climate change, i.e. reducing the scale of droughts appearing more and more often in arable fields, more and more often occurring fires forests and decreasing resources of surface and subcutaneous water. New technologies used in investments implemented to increase the security of agricultural production, despite the growing risk of adverse effects of climate change, including the ongoing global warming process, should be implemented in such a way as to meet the principles of sustainable development. In connection with this, among other things, the necessary energy used in the said pro-ecological investment processes should be derived from developed energy based on renewable energy sources replacing energy based on the combustion of minerals. If funds from the private sector, if commercial companies do not implement these pro-ecological reforms to a sufficient and necessary extent, then the missing part of these pro-ecological infrastructural and system investments, including those implemented in the agricultural sector, should be coordinated by the government within the framework of ecological and environmental policy , agricultural, etc. and should be financed from the sources of the state budget, the system of public finances of the state as part of environmentally friendly state interventionism and raising the level of agricultural production security and counteracting the growing risk of future climate, natural, epidemiological and natural disasters as well as pest attacks, fungal diseases , bacterial, viral etc. affecting crops.
