Definitely there is significant influence of CSR on customer loyalty. Ethical brands becoming popular. Fair Trade becoming a brand. Without consumer satisfaction, consumer loyalty is not possible. Satisfied consumers tend to come back again and again.
I think yes. most of us get inspired or say impressed when we see someone doing some good. and we try to copy him/her or at least try to put a small share from our side in that betterment. same case works with the brands and their corporate social responsibility factor.
