He was an adviser to the Kingdom of Hungary in the field of artificial submersion. He dealt with dam destruction strategies to flood enemy cities. He was a teacher at the Polytechnic School of Algiers. He taught us his own theory which has never been published. They should publishe at least one per year provided that academic atmosphere is conducive. But, the teaching and administrative loads they perform also matter. Big load in non-academic affairs means no time for writing publication.

We can agree that universities should have strict requirements for faculty members to publish. Measures like this, if implemented everywhere in the world, however, would make faculty members jobless instantly.

Universities are not only for teaching but also for research. If University teachers don't participate in research and publish their work , what is then the difference from high school?
