I have learned a lot about American presidential elections and a lot of strange facts and doings behind. Trump as a Putin's puppet, Russian's hacking...!

I have learned that World War III is approaching !!!

I learned that how we (human) annoy each other, but we expend billon of billon dollars to find a primitive life in space. 

we forget happiness, kindness and tranquility!

@ Gamal, WWIII, because of Trump? I hope not. Besides, there are still Congress and the People who are watching him. People can get him into the Office in a wield way, people also can kick him out of Office in a wield way. Just look at what happen to the Korean president right now due to a scandal....with 0-4% approval rate......and bowing out of Office. (see the attached picture for recent huge protest).

Humans are not trustworthy and so never trust any one except for yourself. Only degrees matter! A person who has tons of money can be the king and a persons character has no value! Morales are stupid means of judging people! Love is a deal! Love yourself more than others!

What did you learn in 2016?

Uncertainty as a form of change is constant in which we need to be more adaptive in order to survive better.

 It is wiser if we should endeavor to approach our problem and research together in a multidisciplinary way.

P.S: RG is getting better place and in 2016 i got less down-vote than 2015!

Thanks for the invitation, its really interesting & very deep question with multidimensional approaches.

In sciences i tried to learn about structural aspects of consciousness and its functional linkages with brain, elementary particles and managemental system in cosmos along different life types & forms.

In worldly matters I observed almost the same as Dear Warshi Mehta said above...... human Stupidity have no limits, but , perhaps its due to the surrounding social environmentcial environment of East.

In spiritual aspects I learn brain is the the actual production house almost about all literature, imagination and reward neural circuits behind it.

In creativity aspects I get learning that I need to learn a lot and much is ready to be learn in cosmos, Perhaps human is relatively just try to put first step in creation at universe. First Wisely planned Dive in a "Blank" Deep Sea of Energies in try to re-order / re-arrange them.

For me 2016 in disappointing vulnerable communities with the obvious weakness of the UN role and the emergence of the evil powers doses not care for humanity.

I am delighted when I add or learn something new. Learning is a continuous process even when you are in the seventies or eighties of your age.

I learn that I am nothing in contrast to the expanding Universe. The other thing, Whatever we got from this world, we will have to leave them for the incoming generation. The year 2016, was really a different year for me, it was interesting and amazing, It was interesting in the first six months, my RG scores were increasing and in the last six months of the year, RG scores have been decreasing. and currently reaching to 7.43 from 7.65.

"Learned" is perhaps not the right word, better is "realized". That a distinction must be made between a real liver situation and a felt life situation and that fake news and populism can become overwhelming to reality and the factual situation.

I've learned that you can do terrible things (Aleppo), and no one is beyond verbal protests do not care, I have learned that wins the election he who shouts louder and more lies, and that people vote not always understand the consequences of their choices (Brexit).

I've learned that ethics and politics are two completely different spheres, a year ago I thought naively that have several points of contact, I learned, too, that the law may have a retroactive effect, contrary to the classical Latin maxim.

I learned that there really is getting warmer, and that it will not be this year the snow at Christmas.

I have also learned more humility and patience.

I think it's a lot for one year.

With regard to the 2016 US election I learned that voters may lie about their voting behavior when asked during an opinion poll. Whereas a percentage of voters may have always lied, this seems to have not previously occurred on such a large scale. We should ask why people prefer lying about their vote, while thinking that their vote represent a right decision.

It is nice to retrospect our year behind, i had more from my friends - love, attention and care. Some joint publications and good vibe. God took care of me very well in all fronts.

The 2015 was annus horribilis for me objectively due to ill health. I would say the same for 2016, but objectively it was much better year. I learned how to make difficult decisions fast, gained some more maturity in line with my age, got new friends and basically learned a lot about the life. Eventually I moved from Croatia to live in Germany and I am very happy for that. So, I would value 2016 as a good year. And also, I learned a lot of new things in regards to my scientific work.

My Serbia is at the refugee route over two years, and I have realized that the refugee crisis on the rise. It is a big problem nowadays, a world problem!

I have learned that I can not escape from social networks totally!

Every years passes with an indicated count of aging. Whether we learn out of it or not, time and opportunity keeps on moving. 2016 was good.

I learned that Americans have a very short memory and seem to pay no attention to history. Sad.

I have learned time management because my god is time.
