In the picture you can see a colony of adhered cells and some loosened cells. Also, you can see small clear small dots. Those are the vessicle-like structures im not sure what they are.
To give some context: this is a 8th passage and are in a DMEM + 10%SFB + 1% L-Glutamine + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin medium. Its the third day since subculturing and the medium is ligtly acidic. A microbiological test cultures were done in Agar and PDA and resulted negative, so we can rule out common yeasts. The picure attached was taken with a 20X lense.
