What could be the reason of not getting the same bandwidth and resonance frequency via ECM of J-Cross FSS?

I am trying to replicate the results of a research article titled 'Improved empirical model for the Jerusalem Cross' by using the same technique of the equivalent circuit model mentioned in the article. The results are shifted around 1GHz for both the resonance frequencies towards high frequency, and the bandwidths are not as reported.
