What could be the reason for abnormal peaks in the Agilent Bioanalyzer?

Hi everyone,

I am doing a quality control for NGS libraries using bioanalzyer 2100 from Agilent. The machine worked for me for almost two years without any problem, with regular cleaning and maintenance. Today, I run a DNA high sensitivity chip and weird peaks appeared. I cleaned the electrode as well as the chip prime station and changed the syring but the problem still exist.
