I prepared the blood agar plate and stored it for two weeks and then taken out and did the streaking of different unknown bacteria onto the plate. After 24 hours, the entire Petri plate change into chocolate-brown color.
I think you have point inoculated different unknown cultures over blood agar plate is it so? turning blood agar to brown resembles the alfa hemolysis performed by almost all types of culture you inoculated over late (we can't be sure that all are alfa hemolytic because there are so many cultures inoculated over a single plate). For better understanding I suggest you to lower down the number of inoculation over a single plate means as if you have inoculated 13 cultures over a plate now, please try to inoculate just 3 of 4 cultures over a single plate because turning the whole plate to brown may be due to zone overlapping of alfa hemolytic and gamma hemolytic cultures.
