38 yr old male Pt with raised bilirubin levels 30umol/L for three months with normal ast and alt levels. Apart from bilirubin the wbc is raised 12.5 x 10 ,and lymphocytes and monocytes raised as well. Serrum ferritin is also high. Pt not anemic, no fever nor discolouration of skin or eyes. Only symptoms the pt has is of fatique. Appetite normal. Any suggestion as what could be causing raised levels of bilirubin, wbc and ferritin or any further tests?
