I have gone through few papers that mentions LPS to induce inflammation. Can I use Hydrogen peroxide instead to induce inflammation to the larvae?
Also, I have found papers mentions copper to induce inflammation. However, I couldn't find much reference work done on the same.

Dear Purabi, this sounds like an interesting topic. While I am not familiar with inflammation in zebrafish larvae specifically, I know that TNF-α is often used in inflammatory models of epithelial cells. Sometimes, a combination of LPS+TNF-α would work very well. It may be worth trying this! Looking forward to hearing if this works. Kind regards, Chiara
