What cell line can I used to replace J558-CD40L?

Hi! I am lookingto replace the j558-CD40L cell line we are currently using. We are currently using this cell line with mature DC in vitro in cell culture to determine the level of IL-12 produced and secreted by the DC. Any help is appreciated!

You may use DAUDI or T47D cell lines. In the article mentioned below, CD40L expression was detectable at the surface of DAUDI as well as T47D cell lines.
