I used GPC instrument with RI Detector from Waters. When I injected water only, the chromatogram shown there is a sharp enough peak. This is also happened when I injected my aqueous polymer.

For your information, I used Ultrahydrogel Linear and Ultrahydrogel 500 columns, which claimed suitable for aqueous polymer with the molecular weight also suitable to my target one. The mobile phase is mixing of 0.2M NaNO3 and 0.01 M NaH2PO4.2H2O with flow 1 mL/min (NaNO3 was claimed suitable for aqueous polymer). Now I used polarity negative and sensitivity set at 64. The column temperature was set for internal at 37 degree Celcius and external heater 1 at 35 degree Celcius.

So what caused the water only give peak in GPC Chromatogram when the condition has set as same as the recommendation by Waters? Thanks for your help.
