I have synthesized HA powder and I want to make HA pallets from the synthesized powder. I have tried using a pallet press kit, however, the pallets disintegrate quickly. I think I should use some binders. Could you please tell me What the process is and what binders should I use to do that?

Dear Lei Nie, Actually I want to prepare some HA pallets or disc type structures and use them in a drug-releasing study in phosphate buffer saline (PBS). However, my pallets disintegrate when I keep them in PBS. So, I was thinking that some binders may work well so that my HA pallets don't get disintegrated when I keep them in PBS.
