The attached image is presenting an histological section of the cortical zone of a lymph node, it is μm thick section, stained with methylene blue & eosine staining technic, can anyone help me to identify the highlighted cells ?

The 3 could be lymphocytes (the majority of them, B and/or T), the 4 a macrophage. Dendritic cells should be there too but I don't understand the 1 and 2 pointing.
