Within last 10 monthes, total reads in my RG account is increasing rapidly, over 120000. Presently it is near about 125000.
But I do not know how it happens!

Dear Shibabrata Pattanayak my number of reads and RG score also increased but I think it's based on my book project which has gathered lots of recognition.
Share your research paper, seek for feedback on the article and recommend any comment/feedback on the paper as this will increase the visibility.
Share your article within your research group or research circles. i have noticed that there is usually a lag period of 1 to 2 years before you start finding citations of your work. In exceptional circumstances you may find your work cited within the year
To increase the readership of the research paper you have to choose a topic that concerns a wide range of people and that the topic addresses a real problem suffered by the community and that the publication of the research in a global magazine is widespread and written in a universal language and interesting style.

Notably, knowledge should be communicated. A paper not shared with others is simply a wasted attempt. Like money, papers must be kept in constant circulation because sharing one's work with others enriches one's mind and spirit. There are several ways to improve a paper visibility. By using the Share Links service , we can help promote our work. Alternatively, posting our paper on our social media accounts can also attract more readership. Finally, adding the paper to our personal website or academic networking sites such as Researchgate or Mendeley can effectively improve the paper visibility as well.

Choosing a topic which is broad... n publishing in a journal of repute will fetch more readers
In my opinion adding the option of publishing research to authors who have published or have similar research is still under work to accomplish it and need similar research to cite it
The following points may increase the readers:
1-The title of the article.
2-The keywards.
3-Number of followers and followings.
4-Try to follow and recommend the articles
related to your specialization.
5-Partlcipating in rhe national and
international conferences.
Apart from what I’ve read here, I think interacting through Q&A may draw some attention to your profile, too.

Don’t be behind to increase number of reads rather than readable and interesting papers. If your paper is interesting and add values in knowledge, it will be more readable, try this you will get answer.
Another factor is the co-authors with experince in such field and the journals in which they published their articles.
Articles should cite recent articles and those which have been cited in various well reputed journals.

Very difficult to say.
But I think reads of my articles are good. It is more than 26,000 within last one year!
The total reads - more than 1,44,000.
It may be due to stimulation of interest of RG colleagues by my contribution. But I do not know the actual reason.
some of the answers are quite interesting and really unusual.
I think by publishing research in global journals or famous journals in your field.

In order to have more readers of my work, I must first of all be interested in the work of others, read their articles and comment on them with constructive and positive critical sense. In this way, a communication network of mutual interest is established little by little. RG allows this type of interaction.
These points increase readers:
1- use attractive titles
2- original work
3- clear and attractive abstract
4- name of authers
5- the journal
Networking at conferences and making professional relationships with people not only in your niche field but also with anyone who might find your work to be of interest! I've found that soft skills are excellent for this purpose.
