This question relates to what educators believe are today the values of global citizenship education (GCE) in the Global South. Some examples: integrity, equity, respect, fairness, empathy, freedom… What do you think?
It is still not at the level of ambition, is it because of the policies of the Nordic countries or because of the negligence of the concerned organizations? Question arises.
I think that the values of citizenship that the inhabitants of the South of the globe care about are belonging to the homeland, integrity, equality between classes, social justice and independence of the judiciary.
