I wish the following to be seen in my classroom: collaboration, teamwork, valuing diversity, time management, valuing effort, merit-based decision, etc.
At the program level, I based core values upon the international standards of practice and ethics in our specific field, then organizing ways to demonstrate those values at levels of introduction, development and mastery as students progress through the program. At the course level, I stress these specific expectations: active engagement in learning, collaboration, building empathy for diverse perspectives, meeting deadlines, academic integrity, and integrating reasoning from theories and research with personal experiences.

As a classroom teacher, I have to value students' invested mental effort in any classroom activity. By doing this, I will be a role model for my students to value invested mental effort in any instructional activity. That is one means of valuing effort.

First of all we must be conscious about ourselves through connected with psychic being the leader of march among others. This will open the door into spiritualty. In common words like: truth, benevolence, compassion, love, beauty, positive environment, goodness, cleanliness, wisdom, enlighten, joyfulness, cooperation, helping others, peace and harmony, reflecting, concentration, scientific and innovative best practices etc. must be cultivated inside the classroom.

Dear Bosio, Thanks for your question. We can provide the needs of the learners, solve their problems, positive interaction with them, enhancing interaction among learners, discussion, question answers, simulation, roleplays, digital sharing etc. may implied. An important value is to encourage students and colleagues to develop their own potential and realize the possibilities of self-development, in the name of a common humanity. It is also important to know that the factual knowledge, lessons and behaviors we teach people at universities and in companies are not universally valid, that we must always look for original solutions to problems that are our own solutions. And also, as Albert Camus's work shows, that blind faith in idealistic constructs diminishes the value of individual human life, that if we want to be generous about the future, we need to focus on the present.

The student as the center of attention of our educational efforts, for them we work, to the extent that the pedagogical interventions are more stimulating, they can be more mobilizing and therefore they will promote involvement.
A student without evaluative success demobilizes itself,
in many cases the desire to fight is taken away from him. Good education, however, consists of teaching to fight with dignity and therefore must teach to triumph.
A principle of rigor in teaching must work, but not distanced from the principle that ponders the unity of the affective and the cognitive.

Frankly speaking, i think, that an idea of "creating core values" is quite ambiguous (if not manipulative). There's NLP, which permits form everything without any kind of values. Value is always a problem of choice, it is tightly connected with the problem of self-consciousness, thus, creating and implementation of values mean only our manipulative activity, which needs not to be called value-centered...
Emiliano Bosio In this respect, a shared mindset of the organization is important, otherwise it will be only a partial activity of some individuals. My Department of Economic and Managerial Studies shares the idea of humanity by pointing out that business can be linked to a higher purpose. At the department I deal with existential approaches to management, we have research on social entrepreneurship, colleagues develop concepts of conscious business. It is important to work with students who feel lost in an uncertain environment. For example, at universities, many doctoral students need social support to be aware of their skills and opportunities and to further develop them.
