I am studying DNA-related signaling and need to know the details of the DNA structure in live cells. To my surprise, I couldn't find any literature on that. Most of the studies were done on crystallized or purified DNA.

There are publications on the exotic forms of DNA, but pretty much nothing on the parameters of the B-form in live cells. I would need standard parameters such as the Inclination of bp to the axis, Rise/bp along the axis, Pitch/turn of the helix, and Mean propeller twist. Preferably in am interested in the structure of active linear unpacked DNA in the interphase of the cell cycle.

Can you suggest any references?
