Can anyone suggest me the transfection methods for Entamoeba histolytica in detail,other than electroporation.

What I have tried is Lipofectamine 2000 as noted in the first publication
Evidence of a Continuous Endoplasmic Reticulum in the Protozoan Parasite Entamoeba histolytica

but it is very tricky because you have to use amoeba in optimal conditions that they take up your construct. The anaerobic conditions are disadvantageous for the transfection reagents so all must be perfect!
There is also a new publication, 2016, using Lipofectamine 2000 then you have two possibilities to perform the transfection.

Expect many repeats until you get a positive transfection thats what you have to face and what I have experienced!
