Is it possible to obtaining a modelization of metals, pesticides and other pollutants in surface water along time and space in a watershed? Many softwares, predicts flows, O2, carbon, nitrogen, etc., such as SWAT and Basins but.. what about pollutants?
I have used PIRI model with some modification for this type of assessment (link is attached). But I can not say that this is a TOP software because I do not have proper idea about others.

to the best of my knowledge there are no catchment scale models which are able to predict all of the mentioned pollutants. However, there are models for some of the pollutants.
Some examples for pesticides:
- SWAT: besides the mentioned substances, there is also an option for pesticides (e.g. Fohrer et al., 2014)
- ZIN-AgriTra: This is my own model which is also able to predict pesticide transformation products (Gassmann et al., 2013, 2015):

I think the problem is, that all of the mentioned pollutants behave differently, have different sources etc. Thus, it is difficult to build a model able to predict all of the pollutants at the same time.
It is not possible to model all three classes together. They all have different chemical properties (adsorption, photolysis, concentration range) and you will have serious problems to get data for validation. In addition you will also have to take care of sediment/water/plant interactions. Check out your data set, lab facilities and then focus on a few substances. And get a good model for the water cycle before you even think about substances.
