Education is the way of learning humanity, solution of problem, direction to right path as well as build up of the society.

According to UNESCO: Education transforms lives

Higher education aims at raising both teachers and students' research productivity, mainly through tele-collaboration and Action Research. More importantly, teacher autonomy is as interesting as students' autonomy. Autonomous teachers could improve teaching practices and educational effectiveness through syllabus negotiation, effective lesson planning, and specifying the learning objectives for EFL classrooms where teacher counselling and supervision is highly advocated as well as the integration of Technology-Based Learning (TBL) and Online learning.

It suppose to be making better efficient human beings with ethical values for future endeavours.

التعليم هو صناعة انسان يتقن صنعة او يمتلك معرفة ، يجعله مؤهلا للعمل ، ، و ينبغي ان يكون مستوى التعليم بقدر حاجات المجتمع للوظائف ،و توفر الوظائف و هي البوابة لتطور العلم و التكنلوجيا في البلد . .

Education builds society as a whole. Right education direction for right person is very important, like right person on the right job. It helps building career growth and personality development. There are numerous benefits of the education for the communities around the world.

I would like to reiterate and reinforce my previous statements. Broadening one´s knowledge and help gathering experience may be training or coaching but is by no means education. It is always a combination of spirit and belief which education has to be backed up. And those who are in charge of education must act like good leaders: Leading means setting an example.

Whatever you study, learn or teach, you just aim for better. Better for what ?? Better for level of thinking, earning name, fame and money; and ultimately for the better quality of life. Additionally, we instantly insist that it teaches humanity, civilization, universal brotherhood, etc. However, all these abstract parameters are enhanced by better quality of life.
