I have isolated active natural products and am in need to encapsulate them in chitosan nanoparticles. Unfortunately i don't know the proper procedures/steps for encapsulation/loading. am requesting your help please.

i think that spray drying should be a good idea for this purpose. there are many kinds of spray driers that was manufactured for this purpose.
Spray-drying is one of the most effective ways and you can improve that adding a proper encapsulating agent (i.e. modified starch, gums).
Many method available...Agreed with Mr Roberto: Spray drying is among them.
Another method is ionotropic gelation method (Principle of ionic gelation method is based on ability of various polysaccharide to form a gel in presence of multivalent ions).
Also you can refer Nanoencapsulation I. Methods for preparation of drug-loaded polymeric nanoparticles.
