To prevent the infection by Covid-19, we must wash our hands for 30 seconds with soap and warm water, do not touch our eyes, mouths and noses when we are outdoor and consumption the vegetables and fruits.
Also, we must keep a distance about one meter from other persons, using gloves and masks, avoiding the crowded places and stay at home.
Proper washing of hands with soap and water at least 20 seconds or with alcohol based sanitizers, use of face mask, social distancing, isolation in home, avoiding hand shaking, boosting of immunity by taking Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Omega fatty acid 3, and immediate medical attention of persons with cough, fever, and difficult breathing will certainly help in the prevention of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Wash your hands frequently

Practice respiratory hygiene
Make sure you, and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately.
Why? Droplets spread virus. By following good respiratory hygiene you protect the people around you from viruses such as cold, flu and COVID-19.
