Apart from ANSYS, for calculation of load bearing capacity, you may use various FEM software as well as BEM software which allowing us to solve axisymmetric elastic contact problem. The analytical solutions for contact of sphere and half-space (f.e, Hertz solution) are available for determination of contact pressure too. Then you must apply relations of fatigue theory, analytical or FEM solution (ANSYS or Solid Works/Cosmos).
