i. GaAs (004) RCP, Theory=Experiment+-Small Asymmetric Deviation (one sided of Bragg Peak below FWHM):

A ZnSe wafer is oscillated about the Bragg condition for (224) reflection to image the spatial deviations from IDEAL Bragg condition on the wafer surface.

Normally at 2theta angles less than 15 to 10 ° with Cu radiation diffraction peaks are usually asymmetric. In some number of Acta Crystallographica maybe you will find an explanation or searching on Google.
Bragg Angles are:
GaAs (004) Symmetric Reflection - 33.02590°
GaSb (004) Symmetric Reflection - 30.36460°
SiC 6H (0006) Symmetric Reflection - 17.86°
LSAO (LaSrAlO4) (004) Symmetric Reflection - 13.25°
ZnSe (224) Asymmetric Reflection - 41.742°
For Cu K Alpha 1 incident beam.
Small Angle x-ray diffraction is complex but one has to find out the reason for your question Ravi.
This work would be classified as WAXS (Wide Angle X-ray Scattering), in my opinion. We are quantifying the "deviation" from IDEAL BRAGG CONDITION. I'm trying to understand how one would use this "deviation" to estimate the defect morphology.
SAXS for a single crystal wafers. How did you mean?
Besides, the periodicity that can be monitored with SAXS is at a much higher order of magnitude than the features affecting the Bragg profile. 10-1000's of Nanometers (nm) versus Femtometers (fm).
Please elaborate.
