11 November 2016 5 6K Report

This data was acquired using the Onsight Technology AXIS (Advanced XRD Imaging System) 2D real time 27.5um pixel detector (25 mm diameter window) mounted on a Bruker D8 with Cu K Alpha, parabolic mirror optics, SDD (specimen to detector distance, diffractometer radius)=110 mm, 10 DPM (degree per min) scan rate.

I've included the following:

  • The original data in Excel format (.xlsx) to download and "play with" :-) This data was for a 6x180 pixel (0.167x5 mm) integrating ROI (region of interest) around the detector center as shown in image.
  • The complete diffractogram from below 10o 2theta to 130o+ 2theta.
  • Corundum standard diffraction data from literature.
  • Video collection of data and analyses. (.wmv)
  • The 10 DPM scan rate translates to 0.013333333 degree per real time video frame of data @ 12.5fps (video frames per second). This data set contains in excess of 7400 video frames over the 2theta range.

Any public access software to calibrate the 2theta for this data set?
