There is some inflammatory process going on too so you could measure anti-inflammatory responses such as leukocytes. finally, you can also check the role of nitric oxide in the healing.

You can measure total antioxidant capacity and serum paraoxonase (PON1) and arylesterase (ARE) activities and plasma lipid,malondialdehyde (MDA) levels,liver enzymes,Vit. D level in plasma ,note that There is no agreement among researchers on these criteria that  linked with the psoriasis.
