What are the most reliable and scientific online/offline veterinary databases/softwares with organised guidelines and protocols which could help clinicians to reach the best diagnosis and treatment in the the shortest possible time?
In fact I am looking for a database/software like "Up to date" which is used in human medicine. I would highly appreciate if one can introduce such a database/software.

Are you looking for generally veterinary or a particular species?
Off the top of my head I don't know of any such resource, however I can point you in the direction of a number of research projects who are trying to develop an evidence base in veterinary medicine. Let me know if you are interested.

The problem with online sources is they often gloss over the specifics of an individual case, and you may find yourself prescribing something that is not ideal, based on a one-size-fits-all treatment "key". We especially see that as a major problem in veterinary oncology, as the therapeutic index for many treatments is so narrow.
On the other hand, for other diseases with potentially less toxic treatments, you may find that the Veterinary Information Network provides guidance. It is not a "faceless" resource, but rather utilizes experts and specialists in different fields to answer specific questions and offer treatment approaches to specific patients. As I say, I think it has its limitations, and the quality of the answer depends on the quality of the information provided, but may be worth a look. It does require membership (I cannot tell you how much as we consult separately about oncology so do not use VIN), but I believe it is nominal.
