The plantar foot surface is divided into eight plantar foot regions . These regions included the heel, the medial and lateral arches, the medial, mid and lateral forefoot, the hallux, and the lateral toes. You need to be able to measure in all 8 regions to determine areas that need the most offloading and transfer of their pressure to the medial arch.

That depends on the foot type and structure as well as other factors.
hallux and heel regions - highest pressures ( increased
linearly with faster speeds)
• central and medial forefoot pressure (initially increased
then become steady plateaued at faster speeds)
• lateral forefoot had the lowest peak pressure (decreased
at faster speeds)
