Universities have become role models to institutions in and around in terms of faculty, infrastructure, research laboratories, teaching faculty, technical personnel, non teaching, students and scholars. Universities are also recognized by grading in nation wise and also world wide rankings. In this view, what could be the minimum facilities required to maintain as it is and maximum facilities to improve standards and provide ease and comfortable work environment? Give your opinion.
Consultation, psychoeducation, health, social, sports, continuing education, quality improvement/assurance, extracurricular units/clubs are all essential facilities that would help improve healthier and more facilitative work environments.
In my opinion all departments, facilities and technical tools, in addition to relationships are crucial elements to improve standards and provide ease and comfortable work environment
1. Fully loaded permanent faculty in the department (Many university departments run with guest faculties)
2. There is no proper research facility in the universities. Many of the research students are facing problem to characterize there research work because of lack of instruments and spectroscopic techniques in the universities.

A proper library to facilitate research. Laboratories that are adequate for experimentation. Funds for faculty to have a adequate salary and travel funds. Funds for student research and travel to conferences. The most important thing is a worldview by the administrators and the faculty that we are there for the students. The students are not just an inconvenience.
Universities are the highest bodies in any country. Students come to take higher education in this prestigious institutions. Minimum facilities will be well furnished class rooms with ventilation, good library with books, proper laboratory facilities etc. Maximum facilities could be providing e-journals, laboratories open throughout the day, audio- video facilities in class room with mic etc.

Universities must have the basic necessities for students and the academics. The infrastructure plays a very important role in maintaining high standards. A friendly environment is a must.
Minimum facilities are good ventilated classrooms, good faculty, library facilities, laboratory facilities and good non teaching staff. Maximum facilities could be LCD projectors with computer for power point presentation in each class room with mic and speakers, smart boards for explanation and very good and high end internet facilities for all.
University is considered to be the highest knowledgeable place in education. University should have minimum facilities as good class rooms, good infrastructure facilities and also good library. Maximum facilities are, this should have air conditioned classrooms, smart boards and mic and screen system in classrooms.
A good and neat class room, good teachers and good supporting staff, library facilities are minimum facilities required for a university. Maximum facilities could be individual computer systems for each person, smart class rooms, video conference halls and provision for students to go out to any university in and abroad for study.
