4. Present in the style / pattern that suits the audience

5. Language needs to be taken utmost care off

Reading the question properly and understanding it, one should write answer straight to point, precisely and accurately conveying a unique meaning.

It is just not enough to know all the facts and information but the most important thing to be kept in mind is to write an answer which has a clear and a logical frame, which presents information in a clear and concise manner, which does not contain any irrelevant or piling up of information, which is interesting and able to hold one's attention.

So the next logical step is to know how to write a good answer. The first step is to prepare the framework where one can list all ideas, thoughts, and facts and write them down. It is important to adopt an answering style that is natural, original and to the point. Emphasis should be given to the kind of language used, one which is simple and clear without unnecessary use of nouns and verbs. The use of archaic and fancy words or language should be avoided at all costs. Care should be taken to avoid grammatical mistakes which will give a negative opinion however good the answer may be.

There can never be a perfect answer. An answer may tend to be ideal. But the fact that someone else (certainly) disagrees with it makes it imperfect. It may be right, then it could be wrong!

To give a good answer to a question, I believe that some aspects that may be important are:

- Understand the question well, measure its scope and analyze the extremes it may contain.

- Verify to which public the response is directed.

- Prepare an argument based on scientific foundations and / or personal experience.

- Choose a language according to the context in which the answer is posed, but always with a clear, concise and direct style.

- Sometimes it can happen that when we look for an answer to a certain question, new questions arise. This far from being negative, shows the richness of the initial question, since it has made the public think and deepen the issue raised.
