I want to isolate bacterial mRNA from bacteria, but because of the presence of rRNA , tRNA in the total RNA , isolation of bacteria is not that easy. I need some protocols that will give me a solution of this problem.

I want to isolate total mRNA of a gram negative bacteria from the whole RNA. The mRNA will be used for RNA Sequencing. So if anyone can specify me about some protocol then it will be good, Thank you
you cannot use the oligo(dT) selection following the Ahmad's advice, since prokaryotic mRNA lacks stable poly(A) tail.
did you find some method of prokaryotic mRNA isolation from total RNA (except commercially available kit's)?
