A organic-inorganic based hybrid perovskite system is having a lifetime in the range of msec as observed in the time resolved photoluminescence (TRPL) measurement. The band gap from DRS is found to be 3.2eV. The PL emission maxima is found to shift from 3.17eV to 2.3eV with evolution of excitation from 4.1 to 2.5eV.
