What should i do to make my sample soluble in HRMS compatible solvent (Acetonitrile, methanol or water)?

I want analyze my sample for HRMS, but my compound is not soluble in methanol, acetonitrile or water. what should i do to make my sample dissolve in any of the above mentioned solvent?

You may use toluene/methanol mixture if your sample is too hydrophobic to be dissolved in the polar solvents you listed.
