How do I parametrize the EMSC model for ATR-FTIR spectra?

To be used for: Biological macromolecules in cells

No. of spectra: 18 samples (Spectral range - 600 - 3600 cm-1)

Looking for implementation in the 'UNSCRAMBLER' software.

(looking for model parameters or a way to logically derive them either by non-linear or extension of linear model or Rei-EMSC)

P.S: Any details regarding preprocessing of FT-IR data also greatly appreciated!!
